QA Activities:

• Involved in development of new Automation Framework using selenium and python for UI testing and API test framework using requests module and jinja2 template
• Periodic Maintenance and enhancement of Automation scripts for every release lifecycle and End to End Testing of CliQr Application for Regression.
• Involved in manual testing of the new features and enhancements to the products.
• JIRA has been used as the Defect Management tool.
• Worked in maintanence of Ruby based Rest Api automation framework using RestClient gem and integrated UI framework using Watir webdriver and page object gems

DevOps Activities:

• Involved in end to end release activities, familiar with maven configuration
• As part of Continuous Integration, extensively used Jenkins for automating the build
• runs, code deployment and running automation cases periodically, Maintenance of Build Server and uploading build artifacts in amazon s3 bucket. Also integrated Git Server with jenkins using plugins and generated reports with jelly scripts
• Maintaining the internal website which automates the process of creating of Images and extracting iso files in various cloud platform for client deployments.
• Worked in various public clouds such as Amazon, Azure, Rackspace, Softlayer, Hpcloud, Google and private clouds like vmware and Openstack. Also worked in all the command line Interfaces for all the clouds.
• Creation and maintenance of Linux and Windows Installers.
• Have working knowledge in Ubuntu, Centos, RHEL, windows.
• Tools maintainence and configuration of Nessus, SonarQube, Openssh windows server, basic of apache, nginx, sensu.

• Farmers Insurance, the third largest auto and homeowners insurance company in the U.S., wanted to give their agents more intuitive, real-time support so they could service their small business customers’ unique needs faster.
• Web Application Testing for their pega based Quote generation tool
• WATiR stands for Web Application Testing in Ruby it is built on watircraft framework integrated with the CUCUMBER tool using the scripting Language: RUBY

Responsibilities

• Impact Analysis by new CR’s for each releases
• Batch Execution of all scripts for monthly release.
• Updating of Scripts for new enhancements
• Involved in preparation of Daily/Weekly Status Reports.
• Generation of Feature File for Cucumber
